I have a DELL Inspiron N4020 (64 bit,4MB, 250 HDD) I am not so clued up with IT things but I understand that neither option 1 or 2 would work because when i start up the computer It consult me to select ( 'Attempting repairs. Fixing disk errors.' When I end it, there is certainly a place up windowpane -Start up maintenance message with 'Mistake code= 0x0'.
